Dress Rehearsal Checklist

  • ๐Ÿฅฃ Breakfast trial: exactly what you'll eat in Antwerp, 3 hours before the gun.
  • ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ Race kit: the actual shoes, socks, and shorts. No new gear on race day โ€” Drammen is where you find the chafing.
  • โ›ฝ Fueling: practice gels at 7 and 14 km. Antwerp needs one every ~7 km.
  • ๐Ÿข Pacing discipline: first 5 km AT target pace, not under. If you blow up in Drammen you'll blow up in Antwerp.
