Dress Rehearsal Checklist
- ๐ฅฃ Breakfast trial: exactly what you'll eat in Antwerp, 3 hours before the gun.
- ๐ Race kit: the actual shoes, socks, and shorts. No new gear on race day โ Drammen is where you find the chafing.
- โฝ Fueling: practice gels at 7 and 14 km. Antwerp needs one every ~7 km.
- ๐ข Pacing discipline: first 5 km AT target pace, not under. If you blow up in Drammen you'll blow up in Antwerp.
- ๐ Data: the result recalibrates marathon goal pace โ a 1:26 half says sub-3 is on; a 1:31 says we need to talk.
- ๐บ Post-race: one (1) celebration beer permitted. Gard, that word was "one". Filip, nobody expects anything from you.
